MY 2008 RECITAL CHECKLIST

Pay for Costume & Tights with November 2007 Tuition ($85 plus tax per costume - one costume per class - covers selection, purchase, fitting, alterations if needed - costumes are delivered with plastic bag containing any accessories and hair and makeup instructions). See Green Sheet Front distributed when students register for the dance year. |

Purchase Recital Tickets by completing Ticket Reservation Form and submitting it with check - no orders accepted without payment in full. Orders submitted at our Sunday January 27th Competition Kickoff at Winter Springs High School will have first priority for best seats, followed by any Forms submitted at the studio before January 27, followed by Forms submitted by date at the studio from January 28. Participate in Program Ad Sales Contest - The five students selling the most ads will appear on the back cover of our 2008 Recital Program and the top seller will also appear alone on the front cover. This is, of course, strictly optional - see Program Ad Sales Contest for details (to be distributed after Spring Break). |

Pay for Recital Family Fee with March 2008 Tuition for one music cdr, one t-shirt, one program, one special surprise souvenir, and one DVD-R of one show per family ($85 plus tax per family). Additional items may be purchased on a per-item basis after our Spring Break, i.e. - a second t-shirt for families with two dancers, until they are sold out. No orders for extra DVDs or any other items can be accepted after Recital Day on June 10, 2008 See Green Sheet Front distributed when students register for the dance year - extra copies at desk at studio - or see Policies & Procedures. |

Arrive at the assigned time with a "Photo-ready" dancer on Saturday May 3rd, 2008 Photo Day (See Photo Day Schedule distributed in early April and posted on this website for exact schedule and instructions for "photo ready" ). On Photo Day, we photograph every class for our Recital Program and every individual dancer in costume. This is the ONLY time to be photographed for our recital program and the ONLY time for individual photos by our photographer. |

After Photo Day, parents may view proofs and purchase photos if they wish - More details available on Photo Day Schedule distributed in early April. (optional) |

Paid in-full for entire year including June Tuition & picked up costume(s) & tight(s) - costumes go home beginning at the end of your Photo Day shooting IF your balance for the year is paid in full! FINAL Deadline for payment & participating in recital is Saturday June 6 at Dress Rehearsal at Bahia Shrine. NOTE - any payments after June 5 must be by cash or money order. |

Arrive on-time with dance-ready dancer for dress rehearsal Friday June 6 at Bahia Shrine (see Recital Weekend Schedule). |

Arrive on-time with dance-ready dancer for Recital on Sunday June 8th at PERFORMER'S ENTRANCE to Bahia Shrine. (Noon for JCDs, 1pm for Young Dancers Age 3-6, 6:45pm for Junior JCDs and Recreational Dancers). |

We have one week of classes after Recital This Year - we hope you will join us to say good bye for the Summer to your teacher and view a special unedited version of the Recital on DVD. |
